New York fashion week is in full swing and the beauty inspiration coming down the runways is on fire. One of my personal favorite hair and makeup moments so far is from the Zac Posen runway: red lips, highlighted skin and a low bun.
I know we’ve seen the look before but it’s so simple, pretty and feminine that it deserves more applause. Plus, it’s perfect for day or night, especially this coming fall.
To get the look makeup artist Diane Kendal kept things ultra bare on the makeup. She used foundation, silver strobe cream, blush and balm then topped the lips with a matte red. Easy enough!
